In the Netherlands, our products can be ordered directly from PAION Pharma.

New customer registration
Before placing your first order, your hospital must be registered as a customer with PAION Pharma. Please send your company details and a copy of your registration in the registry of licensed pharmacists to sc@paionpharma.com.

Ordering
Please send your orders to sc@paionpharma.com.

Delivery
Deliveries are handled by our logistics partner Movianto Nederland B.V. from its warehouse in Oss, the Netherlands.
• Orders received by 10:00 AM are usually shipped the same day.
• Delivery usually takes 24–48 hours.

Important notes on delivery logistics:

Please plan your orders in advance to avoid emergency deliveries (“lifesaving shipments”).

  • Our products Giapreza® (angiotensin II) for the treatment of refractory hypotension with septic or other distributive shock and Xerava® (eravacycline) for the treatment of complicated intra-abdominal infections (cIAI) in adults are frequently used in time-critical, life-threatening situations.
  • If the products are only requested in an acute case, we try to organize a special delivery by validated individual transport. This involves a great deal of coordination and considerable logistics costs, which we unfortunately have to pass on.

  • Especially on Fridays, weekends or public holidays, emergency deliveries may not be made on time.

  • Stocking up in good time can avoid such costs and delays.
