We only sell our preparations directly to pharmacies. Please send your orders in writing by e-mail to:

Order acceptance: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00

Deliveries are made via our logistics partner Movianto from a central warehouse in the Netherlands.

Delivery times for orders received by 12:00 noon
(for already registered customers):

🇩🇪 within Germany:
usually within 48 hours

🇳🇱 within the Netherlands:
usually within 24 hours

Please plan your orders in advance to avoid emergency deliveries (“lifesaving shipments”).

Our preparations Giapreza^® (angiotensin II) for the treatment of refractory hypotension with septic or other distributive shock and Xerava^® (eravacycline) for the treatment of complicated intra-abdominal infections (cIAI) in adults are frequently used in time-critical, life-threatening situations.
If the products are only requested in an acute case, we try to organize a special delivery by validated individual transport. This involves a great deal of coordination and considerable logistics costs, which we unfortunately have to pass on.
Especially on Fridays, weekends or public holidays, emergency deliveries may not be made on time.
Stocking up in good time can avoid such costs and delays.
